What types of facilities do you clean?
We serve offices and administration buildings, courts and public offices, universities, coal mines (bathhouses, offices, changing rooms, external areas), indoor swimming pools and sports facilities, shopping centres, transport hubs, hospitals and medical centres, production halls and warehouses. Do you operate across all of Poland?
We operate across Poland. Documented projects in Gliwice, Katowice, Sosnowiec, Bytom, Zabrze, Kraków, Wrocław, Lublin, Opole and Poznań — covering Silesia, Małopolska, Lower Silesia, Opolskie and Wielkopolska. Travel costs are quoted individually — contact us.
Do you service facilities with strict sanitary requirements (hospitals, swimming pools)?
Yes. We service hospitals (KSS Wrocław 2025, KSS Kraków 2023, MCOO Kraków 2025) and indoor swimming pools (Neptun Gliwice 2025). We use disinfectants specified by each facility and comply with H&S procedures and zone protocols. Staff hold appropriate training certificates.
Does your facade cleaning cover tall buildings?
Yes. We clean facades up to 40 m using rope access, aerial work platforms and telescopic poles with de-mineralised water. We select the method to suit the building geometry and surface type.
How does the quoting process work?
Quoting is free. After receiving your enquiry (form, email or phone) we respond within 24 hours. Depending on the complexity, we quote remotely (based on floor area and description) or after a free, no-obligation site visit.
Do you hold public liability insurance?
Yes. We hold a current public liability (OC) policy. The document is available on request during contract negotiations or for public tender submission.
Are your employees employed on employment contracts?
Yes. All our staff are employed on full employment contracts. This ensures team stability and service continuity — clients work with the same people who know the specifics of their facility.
Do you participate in public tenders?
Yes. We have extensive experience in public procurement — we serve courts, universities, county offices and other public bodies. We can supply all documents typically required by tender specifications: reference letters, liability policy, ZUS/US certificates.
How quickly can you start a new contract?
Typically 3–7 working days from contract signing (time to organise the team and logistics). For urgent requests (post-construction cleaning, emergencies) we can mobilise within 24–48 hours. Contact us and describe the situation.
Do you supply your own machinery and cleaning products?
Yes. We own all equipment: scrubber machines, single-disc polishers, industrial vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, high-pressure washers and facade cleaning platforms. We use certified cleaning agents selected for each surface type and facility requirement.
